Terms for using Sparky Scout's self-service setup, integrations, project-management automation, and billing.
Last updated: June 9, 2026Sparky Scout provides project-management and QA assistance by connecting authorized Slack, GitHub, Linear, Discord, billing, and meeting systems.
By using the service, you confirm that you have authority to install integrations, share workspace data, and bind the customer organization to these terms.
Customers are responsible for configuring workspace access, keeping account contacts current, and ensuring connected tools contain only data they are allowed to process through Sparky Scout.
You may not use Sparky Scout to violate law, bypass platform permissions, exfiltrate data, or process data without proper authorization.
Sparky Scout uses AI systems to summarize, classify, and draft operational content. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before relying on them for decisions, customer commitments, or legal obligations.
Customers retain ownership of their workspace content. Sparky Scout retains ownership of the product, software, workflows, and service improvements.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the selected monthly or annual plan. Usage limits, overages, and plan capabilities are shown on the public pricing page or in the customer's written order.
Free plan access may be limited, changed, or discontinued as the product evolves.
Either party may stop using the service. Workspace deletion requests should be sent to support@sparkyscout.com.
We may suspend access for security risk, nonpayment, abusive behavior, platform policy violations, or unauthorized use.
The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Sparky Scout disclaims implied warranties and limits liability to fees paid for the service during the prior 12 months.
These terms do not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
